These terms govern the sale of products on https://oliocasaleone.com and apply to all orders placed on the website. The website is available in several languages; in case of any discrepancy between versions, the Italian text prevails.

Products and prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before you confirm your order.
Our products are sold in limited quantities tied to each harvest. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product turns out to be sold out.
Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. Before submitting your order you can always review and correct the details you have entered.
Payment
DA COMPILARE: list the payment methods actually accepted once the payment system is connected (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
Shipping and delivery
We ship to Italy and to all European Union countries.
Italy: €7.00, free for orders over €60.00; delivery in 2-4 working days.
European Union: €19.00, free for orders over €120.00; delivery in 4-8 working days.
DA COMPILARE: confirm the courier, actual costs and delivery times.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
To do so, simply let us know by writing to info@oliocasaleone.com with your order number. Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging; return shipping costs are borne by you.
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
As this is a food product, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed packages that have been opened after delivery.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code. If you receive a damaged or non-conforming product, contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.
Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile.
