Everything you need to know about delivery times, costs and returns.
Where we ship
We ship throughout Italy, islands included, and to all European Union countries.
For shipping outside the European Union, please write to us: we assess each request individually.
Costs
Italy: €7.00 per order, free over €60.00.
European Union: €19.00 per order, free over €120.00.
Delivery times
Italy: 2-4 working days. European Union: 4-8 working days.
Orders received after 2 pm (Italian time) or on public holidays are prepared on the next working day.
Packaging
Every bottle travels in packaging designed to protect it from knocks. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and write to us: we'll replace it.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Write to us at info@oliocasaleone.com and we'll explain how to proceed.
As this is a food product, sealed packages that have been opened cannot be returned.
