We do not collect or process special categories of personal data.
Why we process it
To manage and fulfil your orders, issue tax documents and provide support: the legal basis is the performance of a contract.
To comply with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations: the legal basis is a legal obligation.
To send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed: the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for 10 years, as required by Italian tax law.
Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Who we share it with
Data may be shared with the providers of services needed to fulfil your order: the courier, the payment provider, our accountant, and our hosting and email providers.
These providers act as data processors, following our instructions. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Current providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, storage of orders and subscriptions, sending of website emails) and Google LLC (email inbox). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
